Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped through USPS

Please allow 2-3 business days for PROCESSING your order.

Once processed, USPS shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on location.

Holiday Shipping may take longer.

Current shipping rate is $5.99 for all orders under $60

Free shipping for purchases over $60

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges (unless items arrive broken) You will have 24hrs after receiving your package to report it to us via email with pictures.

If your items are returned to us due to an INCORRECT ADDRESS, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the $5.99 shipping label. 

Processing time is 2-3 business days (Holidays are excluded). USPS Shipping is 3-7 days. Packages can be tracked via USPS.com.

Please DO NOT checkout with an iCloud email, you will NOT receive any tracking updates.

Address changes cannot be made after shipping your order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS and give them the tracking number that was provided on the order. We are not responsible for any shipping delays after shipping.
